One Swing, One Thought
When you play golf, your energy follows your attention. Whatever you're thinking about will manifest itself in how you perform. That's why I believe in keeping things simple. One swing, one thought. On the course you don't want to be encumbered by mechanical thoughts, so here are some simple cues to help you break 100, 90 or 80.

For example, a good swing thought for any level of player is "swing around" in your follow-through. You might have been told to swing out to the right, or down the target line, but that's bad advice. There's only one point in the swing where the club should travel down the target line:at impact. Then it moves inside. Swing around your body.
